Motivational Speaking

As a motivational speaker, I inspire people who want more for themselves to get right with their lives by changing what they don't like, for the better and transforming what they do like, for the best.

I have a sense of humor, positivity, empathy and an energetic, interactive, embodied style of engaging with the audience on the virtual platform and live stage.

My signature talk is titled "Make Your Life Your Passion Project."  This is for professionals in transition who are interested in what it takes to get from stuck to soaring. Themes about the universality of change, the drive to live a more authentic life, the desire to get over the past and move forward are discussed. I invite the audience to shift their mindset, reflect on what their life truly means and to take courageous action.

This is what the Microsoft Leadership Enablement Community had to say after I customized a talk for their 300 member audience, over three continents:

"Karen's session on recharging our motivation batteries was a vital contribution to our Microsoft community. Her engaging presentation and guided meditation resonated deeply, offering high-performing individuals like this group essential strategies to rejuvenate after work's demands. The session's success was reflected in the community's enthusiastic response."
